Scott holds Radon Testing Certification with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
Scott Latosky has been working in the Home Inspection industry since 2001. In 2004 Scott, along with his wife Joanna, opened up Latosky Inspection & Environmental Services, LLC. Scott and Joanna’s son Lincoln was born in 2004 and their daughter Lacee was born in 2008. They have been performing inspections ever since! Scott enjoys spending time his family and friends, cycling and outdoor recreation!
Scott is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as a member of Pittsburgh’s Chapter of ASHI. Scott has inspected thousands of properties-ranging from a small condominium to large commercial buildings and countless homes of different ages, shapes and sizes in between! Scott has a substantive background in fixing and installing mechanical systems and has remodeled and renovated several properties. Scott graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in Environmental Science.
